When is the best time to build my pool?
In my opinion the fall and winter are the best times simply because once spring and summer come around you should be 100% ready to swim and enjoy!

How many quotes should I get?
If you are completely confident in a particular builder then one is enough. However I recommend 3 quotes in most cases.
